A. I have created my own design, which format do I need to send to you?
We can accept your design in any of the below formats:
- AI
- PSD
- PDF.
There is no one preferred format over the other. We just require a high resolution file to ensure better quality printing of your designs.
B. I have some favorite styles in mind, can I ask you for help in making modications to them?
Yes, of course you can ask.
Please send us some pictures via email of your favourites and tell us the specific modifications that you would like to make. We can let you know if we can accommodate you.
C. How much does a customised sample cost and how long does it take to make?
Usually if we are making your customized designs, it will take 15 working days.
Quoting a price for samples is difficult as it really depends on the complexity of the sample requirements, however a general price of $40 USD per sample bikini set is usual. Pricing will be discussed before any samples are made so you will know the total cost upfront for making a collection of samples.
D. What is your Minimum Order Quantity ('MOQ')?
Our MOQ is 50 pieces or bikini sets per design/print/color. In that 50 pieces you may only have 3 sizes or less, for example 20 Small, 20 Medium and 10 Large. This combination of sizes can be adjusted to your choosing. A fourth size variant would be available if a larger order was placed of approximately 80 pieces or bikini sets.
E. Which shipping methods do you use?
Our preferred shipping provider is DHL. We will use them to send your samples and any orders you make. We can discuss other options if required.
F. How do I make payment for samples or an order?
We accept Paypal as a payment method for sample fees only.
Customers may use wire transfer/direct debit and Western Union for payment of orders and samples. Paypal is not an option for paying for finalised orders at this time.
G. What products can you make?
We can make any swimwear or yoga wear that you require. Please send either Helen or Jane an email and we can discuss more with you.
